These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the tridentlms.com website (the “Website”), owned by WISA Products & Services International – FZCO (“WISA”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Nature of the information
The Website is informative and commercial and is intended for companies and organisations. Descriptions of Trident LMS, its features and the course catalogue are general and may change. Dashboard images are illustrations with fictitious data. Nothing on the Website is a contractual offer: service terms are only those set out in a proposal and contract accepted in writing.
3. Demo and proposal requests
By sending the contact form you confirm that you are authorised to represent the organisation named and that the details you provide are true. Sending the form creates no obligation to contract, for you or for us. Processing of the data you send is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Website to:
- send false, abusive or unlawful information, or third-party data without authorisation;
- send unsolicited messages, advertising or automated requests (bots);
- try to access non-public areas, circumvent security measures, test for vulnerabilities without written permission or disrupt the Website;
- copy, systematically extract or reuse Website content for commercial purposes without permission.
5. Intellectual property
All Website content — texts, images, logos, brands, design and code — belongs to WISA or its licensors. You may view and print it for your organisation’s internal use when evaluating Trident LMS. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

The Website contains links to other websites, including trident-academy.com. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Website, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that apply.
